Refund policy
Bolt and Burl LLC (B&B) will accept returns of unused and undamaged items in accordance with the following conditions.
Non-customized items can be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt, which is the date the tracking shows that your order was delivered. Items must be in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for return.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be waved for items that are eligible for warranty returns.
If your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent and the shipping cost (plus the restocking fee) will be deducted from your refund.
No returns will be accepted if the merchandise was a custom order, including, but not limited to, custom sizes, colors, or prints.
Final Sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To initiate a return, you must first obtain approval from Bolt & Burl LLC. Returns received without approval will be returned to the client postage due.
Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund or replace them at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Refunds will only be issued back to the original funding source, minus shipping and restocking fees, ensuring a secure and transparent refund process.
