Shipping policy

At Bolt & Burl LLC, we primarily use USPS for shipping orders. However, we reserve the right to use alternate shipping carriers if it will not negatively impact delivery. Please be assured, there will be no additional shipping costs beyond what was specified at the time of checkout.

We strive to ship ready-to-ship (RTS) purchases within three (3) business days, ensuring that products are received in a timely manner. Custom orders will be shipped in the timeframe discussed. Please note that during holidays or other circumstances beyond our control, there may be a delay in shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
